"Concert Season" means on or about April 1-November 1 for outdoor, seasonal Venues or the period between your assigned start and end date for indoor, year-round Venues during the calendar year(s) of this Agreement. If paper tickets were issued prior to a cancelled or postponed Concert, then we may ask you to return the paper tickets for the cancelled or postponed Concert before we issue a Threshold Credit. iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre rules. Even if you bring your own chairs, they should be comfortable and low-slung. In such a case, if you did not receive a payment from iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre but instead received a credit, then the credit will be entirely reversed (so that you will no longer have a credit), but iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre will return the ticket to you that you sold so that you can then use it to attend the event. In no event will delivery charges or any other amounts be refunded. Please note that not all members of the public may be able to purchase, or view listings for, tickets that you post for sale, as iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre may require potential purchasers to pay a fee, be a season ticket holder, be on the waiting list to be a season ticket holder or comply with a registration or other requirement, in order to view listings of, or to purchase, some or all of the tickets posted for sale. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password, and for all activities (including purchases) that are conducted through your account.
