(KTVE/KARD) On Saturday, February 18, 2023, Ouachita Parish Sheriffs Office deputies spotted a beige Toyota Camry on Desiard Street. While being placed under arrest, Scott allegedly offered to pay officers to not transport him to the Ouachita Correctional Center. In all, the 10-day excursion cost the public approximately $100,400 to cover 14 government officials travel, according to financial documents.
